Facility
The Plant Transformation Lab is a core facility designed for plant tissue culture and transformation. There are two gene guns, laminar flow transfer cabinets, floor shakers for cell suspension cultures, and plant growth and tissue culture chambers. In addition to the main area, there is a microscope room equipped with a fluorescence microscope and several dissecting microscopes.
